Mission Statement The mission of the Bedford Park Fire Department is to dedicate ourselves to the protection of life and property in the community for which we serve. Through fire prevention and public education, we can improve our relations in the public eye. We are here to provide the best possible Emergency Medical Care, Fire Suppression, Hazardous Materials, and Technical Rescue response to the citizens, businesses, and consumers of Bedford Park. Through education in specialized skills and by taking lessons learned from those before us, and having mastered these skills, we will train those who shall follow. When the time comes, we will be able to answer any call without hesitation, and perform any task successfully; because it will be with our skills, knowledge, confidence and pride that we, the Members of the Bedford Park Fire Department, can and will provide the best service possible to the citizens which we have sworn to protect.
